TrakTempo provides a web-based time tracking and invoicing platform that allows freelancers and businesses to:

• Track time spent on client projects
• Manage clients and projects
• Generate and send invoices
• Generate reports and analytics
• Collaborate with team members within workspaces

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Workspace and User Management

Our Service operates on a workspace-based model:

• All data (clients, projects, time entries, invoices) is scoped to workspaces
• Users can belong to multiple workspaces
• Workspace administrators have full control over workspace data and member access
• Users must respect the workspace permissions and access levels assigned to them

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users

6. Payment and Billing

For paid features of our Service:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAKTEMPO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
